This is a very nice place. Enjoyed staying here. The staff is very polite and made the stay more enjoyable

We stayed at the end of our trip around Japan, with our two children. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Was lovely have 4 beds in the room rather than two doubles. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fab. Cannot fault the hotel at all.

It’s in a fairly convenient location. The overall facility and rooms are clean, good breakfast, and well maintained. Staff also provides you with anything you might have missed to pack. The only negative is how small the rooms are. There’s no place to even properly open bags and take out clothes. But to be fair, the other hotels in Tokyo in general are much worse from what we researched.

The rooms are small but clean and very well stocked and the staff are very helpful. the hotel is a little dated now but it’s in an extremely good location and has everything you need for a lovely stay in Tokyo!

This hotel was in a great location near many food options and convenience stores and train station. The rooms are a bit small then other apa hotels I have been at but is to be expected from my experience in this location. Staff and service was very helpful and helped me with anything I needed. Rooms is overall in good condition they clean upon request if needed before next scheduled full clean day. They also hang fresh towels and other essentials every day so you will always have a fresh towel to shower with and yukata for spa/onsen that's on the second floor. The only downside i had at all about the hotel/room or staff itself really is the inability to temperature control your own room to what u want either the room unit is set to heat or ac for entire floor you cannot customize this so if your a hot sleeper but they have it set to heat only your out of luck this overall for me was a very small inconvenience. Spring was very moderate in temperatures and was not a big problem.

We really enjoyed our stay here! First off, the hotel itself is beautiful and our view... wow, our view was gorgeous especially after arriving at night after a long long overseas flight. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and 7-11 (love!!!) yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. If we wanted to get anywhere, it was a short walk to the major train station. We would definitely go back if we have the chance to visit Japan again.
