The hotel was lovely. It was a unique property with much history. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The food in the wine bar was amazing. Really enjoyed my weekend there and will be sure to come back. Thanks so much!

An excellent place to stay at the airport - great service , somewhat expensive but for travellers a relaxing and comfortable experience.

We really appreciated the effort the Pan Pacific Vancouver took. It was our first international trip with a Service Dog fir a disabled family member. They took time to answer all of our questions and even checked to ensure the humans and the dog were all comfortable after our arrival. We will definitely be back.

Convenient and relatively inexpensive. The beds are tiny and I worried about falling out, but otherwise it was pretty great.

Staff at reception and valet were very helpful and friendly. Valet attendant went out of his way to help us with our luggage and parking. Reception staff were friendly and very accommodating.
