There are convenience stores, drugstores and other facilities/shops inside the building.

Great before early morning flight. Checked in via free shuttle bus to terminal 1 (10 minute trip) then came back for breakfast

It's about a 13-15 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Convenient enough. There was a police station just down the street so seemed safe. There was shopping so by including a 7-11 just down the block for quick eats as there is no restaurant onsite. Price was really good. The room was just the right size for me as I was traveling solo. Nice bathroom and I found the bed comfortable compared to harder beds I've had in Japan. Nice amenities to take for your stay, both in the lobby and in the room. I would come back again.
