Very good location clean room

The location was amazing & close to everything. The only thing I would try to improve is breakfast a system where yiu know who is coming to breakfast. At present anyone can come & have it there. Maybe send a link to those that are booked at hotel and they can print breakie voucher. Or give customers a raffle ticket coupon & tgat allows them to have breakfast. A better system should be put into place.

The service was excellent and very helpful. the location is very good and very reasonable priced. when they did our room, they didn't refill the tea, sugar and coffee also the milk.

Amazing experience, really good value for the amenities and 5 star service.

Classy and upmarket with convenient access to Southgate and Flinders Street station. Spa, sauna and gym facilities were fabulous.
