Loved every bit of my stay. The food was great. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. They had a game room with ski ball, ping pong, records, and board games. Also, a really great laundry room. They also had a shuttle that would take you to the airport or to the trainstation.

This is a very well run hotel with great staff. From arrival to departure tremendous friendly service. I stayed six nights in an executive suite and could not fault it. Great location as well, close to transport and Darling Harbour.

Ease of functionality.

We arrived at The Fullerton well before check in and in spite of this, within 10 minutes an upgrade room was made available for us directly above the clock tower in Martin Place. The room was amazing with a huge bath and glass partitioned separate shower and toilet. The room contained a King bed, was spacious and tastefully furnished, perfect! The service was exemplary, friendly and yet professional. They made us feel special.
