THE SPACE:

BEDROOMS:

The house features four tastefully furnished bedrooms and a bonus loft room with an extra sofa bed. All offer high comfort and convenience to relax and rest after a day of adventuring throughout San Diego. Hotel quality linens, Smart TVs in every room, and sweeping views of the city make for the perfect retreat wherever you decide to rest your head.

BATHROOMS:

To provide you with the most care-free stay possible, the home offers two inviting 3-piece bathrooms stocked with all product essentials. The en-suite primary bathroom upstairs includes a walk-in shower, while the newly renovated second bathroom provides a tub/shower combo and can be accessed from the main living area on the first floor.

BACKYARD:

Vacation doesn’t get much better than this! The private, resort-style backyard pool and spa are simply amazing! You’ll enjoy an abundance of amenities for the whole group. The balcony on the upper floor offers a gorgeous setting from which you can gaze at the stars and stunning San Diego views! Gather around the fire pit at night, fire up the grill, or enjoy happy hour poolside!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

-The pool/spa can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking.

-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.

-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the garage can easily fit two vehicles plus two additional vehicles can fit in the driveway and more may park on the street. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home including the Waterfront Shuttle, pedicabs, the trolley system, buses, trains, taxis, and Uber/Lyft.
