Hotel is in a good location. The room is operated through a tablet. On the first night, the tablet did not work. Someone had to come to the room to reboot the system three times close to midnight. Did not offer to make it up in any way. I had a child sleeping in the room. It was very inconvenient. Front desk was nice, but did not speak English.

The hotel was very nice, it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, a walk away from the train station and close to tsukiji market. For me it’s a bit too far from everything else which is a bit troublesome at night bc trains stop at midnight and around this area everything closes early, but i would still consider staying again just because the hotel was so nice and i didn’t mind walking a little bit

Although the rooms were on the smaller side the property and rooms were well maintained. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions. I think the area around the hotel was exceptional, quiet, and convenient to the subway station.
