I found the train noises to not be disruptive at all and it faded into the background for me quite easily. The staff were kind and helpful, and the stations so close that it makes exploring Tokyo very easy. This was a really lovely Hotel to have as a first hotel especially since the station near by is easy to navigate too. The room had a kettle and a tv that played local channels and that was really nice!
I would highly recommend it to others staying in area, definitely had a great and comfortable stay.
Nice size room with traditional Japanese flooring and table with western comfortable beds. Air conditioning was excellent and free icecream and coffee in reception amazing!!!
We had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was reasonably spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was also very helpful and we were impressed with how multilingual everyone was.
5 minutes walk from the train station. We could hear the trains passing by, but were slept through the 2 nights we were there. There were coffee and free amenities in the lobby. The room we had was smallish, but we just needed a place to sleep and explored during the day.
This hotel was clean and continently located in Tokyo. It was affordable which is why we chose it but it was very conveniently located a 4 minute walk from the Nishinippori JR station which was great for getting around Tokyo.
Everything was excellent (staff very helpful, hotel and rooms tidy and clean, ok price) our room was a bit noisy with train tracks very close by but other than that was great
Helpful staff. Well appointed and decorated hotel in good location. Near railway and metro. Numerous eating places in very short walk. There was train noise which guests have commented on on previous reviews but it doesn’t go on all night and didn’t disturb our sleep
Very convenient to transportation, lots of options for food. The hotel staff are friendly, provide nice service.

This hotel has great access to the train station. Staff were very helpful. Room was small but had what you need. My only issue was with our window was double glazed to limit train noise which it did well but at the expense of natural light I would stay here again but on another level to get the light.
We loved this hotel and would stay again. It was only a few minutes from the Nippori station and Nishi-Nippori station. There were lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk including a 7-11. The room was clean and staff helpful. The train route is right by the hotel so if you’re a sensitive, light sleeper, keep this in mind.
Stayed at this hotel from 3/1/2024 to 3/7/2024.

Hotel is clean. I reserved for 2 twin bed deluxe and it is spacious enough for me and my 90-year-old father with 2 large luggages, 1 medium size luggage, and a carry-on luggage.
There is Doutor, 7-11, McDonald, and Yoshinoya stores within walking distance. And other restaurants nearby.
This hotel is literally close to the train station that you could hear the train coming. If sound does not bother you, then it should not be a problem. It did not bother us at all.
Overall, I like this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
Dislikes: No dining options inside the hotel.
This was our first time visiting Japan and the experience was amazing. This property was very close to many restaurants, Mc Donald’s, 7-11 and the train station; very walkable.
I felt safe walking at night with my spouse. The only feedback is the beds are in between full size and twin size therefore we slept on our own separate beds. Also download google translator if you don’t speak the language. The translator was definitely useful and I also downloaded a money conversion app to know how much I was paying for food.
