We came back to this wonderful hotel, the staff didn’t disappoint, very polite and welcoming. I recommend staying in this conveniently located hotel, few steps from a metro station. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Close to metro station, very centric and easy to get to many places. Wonderful room, quite spacious and superbly decorated. The breakfast buffet was delightful and with many dishes to choose from. I will be back!!

Great Tokyo base for a family
The hotel was a perfect first base for our Japan trip. Arrival from the airport was easy as Tokyo station is so close by Keiyo line train. Proximity to the station also makes a Disney trip really easy.

Our room at Hotel Kaie was beautiful and spacious! The bathroom was just as impressive. Clean and simple, and we had a large comfortable deck. We liked the area in the lobby to get extra shampoo. The bar area was really pretty and comfortable and the entry had an impressive display. We wished there were additional dining options close by.

Nice convenient hotel
A great stay and by Tokyo standards a very reasonably priced hotel. Right next to Shiomi station it made for getting around the city easy. 4 star hotel with a convenience store next to the lobby and two grocery stores right on the other side of the station about a 3 minute walk. Only minor inconvenience was the laundry dryers didnt work well and had to hang many of our clothes to dry. Highly recommend.

部屋からの景色はあまり良くはなかったが、部屋はとても明るく清潔で大変満足しています。シャワーの水圧や使い易さ、清潔感は100点満点です。トイレもとても広くてキレイでした。9階にある和食レストランでの夕食もとても美味しかったし、朝食ブッフェは品数は多くはありませんが、十分満足出来ました。どちらのレストランもスタッフの方達が皆感じが良く、気持ちが良かったです。アメニティは何も持って行く必要がないくらい揃っていました。上下分かれた部屋着も良かったです。
