It was a worthwhile vacay in Tokyo. Procimity to all location is excellent, and the Hotel is big for a normal japan Hotel

Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English, which we don’t expect when traveling out of country. Room was very spacious for 4 adults and convenient to get to park using the shuttle or having the hotel staff call a taxi if really early. We also liked that they had an airport limousine bus available for Haneda and Narita. Overall great hotel.

This property was Amazing! We were able to experience the Nikki Lounge which was available most of the day and had complimentary snacks and drinks that varied throughout the day. It also had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. Our room was adequate size considering we were in Tokyo. We came to this hotel to visit Tokyo Disneyland and they had 2 convenient options to travel to the parks, either via bus or the Disney monorail. *be aware the monorail does not drop you off in front of the hotel, you can either walk the rest of the way or you can wait for another bus. Bus arrivals and departures are listed in lobby. Front desk spoke English and staff were very friendly. The main lobby was beautiful, 2 Disney themed stores to purchase souvenirs, 2 restaurants and 1 convenience store. We visited during December and it was very chilly on some days, what was nice was that the hotel had outside heaters directly above where you wait for the buses to Disney. We had an amazing experience here and the hotel always smelled good!

Loved it. Inexpensive for Tokyo. My mattress was a bit dated, but otherwise a lovely visit

This was a wonderful choice as the ease of walking to the airport was effortless!

The hotel was very nice. All of the staff was great. The bath tub was amazing. Loved our stay.
