This place was great. It was a last minute booking and we got upgraded to the suite bc they didn’t have our large room available.

The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Madeline or Caroline) was very helpful in telling me art places to visit. Thank you!

Loved it really nice, staff was nice and welcoming , the only issue was the plumbing, the toilet flushed very slowly and we had to hold the handle down, and housekeeping never came to clean, and very slow with receiving towels, and ice machine on 16th floor didn’t work we have to go to anther floor or staff brought a bucket of ice to us, Overall very nice hotel and I would stay again.
