Excellent hotel, conveniently located near Shinjuku Station. Easy walk to nearby food. In hotel amenities were too-notch. Would definitely stay here again with our family of four.

Room, location and area were awesome The only issue we had was bringing our suitcases from the shinjuku station to the hotel room. It’s like a 10 mins walk but very crowded on the way to the hotel. Would have preferred shuttle service

Great hotel and very clean. Easy to access, however, the rooms are small.

The employees were very attentive and thankful.

The property was clean tidy and always had a lovely smell! The staff were always accomodating. The 3 to 6pm coffee machine at reception was fantastic, and the restocking of coffee pods and water daily was also great, as usually, you only get unlimited instant.

The shuttle, the check in process, the buffet dinner, the room was spacious and in general, everything was great. The only thing is that I was unable to make the room cooler and they said I could open the window. They also have a convenience store and gift shop on the property with the convenience store having great prices. They had many dinner options too from a buffet to made to order items. Great place to stay to fly from the next day
