Good

Everything was great, my room, except it was cold, but they sent some up right a way and fixed it, the lobby, the restaurant, staff were top notch. Location was great. So much snow you could barely walk down the sidewalk in Toronto, but I understand that that is not typical.

No onsite parking but shuttle was fast and the lot is safe and close. Hotel is attached to olg stage and has tons on dining options in and around. Great stay.

The staff do an excellent job of accommodating guests.

The room was big. We had a sitting area that we weren’t expecting and it made all the difference.

Excellent check in experience. Even though I arrived early, they accommodated, and the stay was excellent
