Compare Ski Hotels in Niagara Falls

This was a good stay. Although the hotel I booked and secured wasn't available, I was provided another hotel with no additional charge & within walking distance.

It was a great visit to this property. Location was very convenient to Clifton Hill and Niagara falls. Clean rooms and good customer service. Make sure to take dining or breakfast options as it was a delight. Have food and have a great view of the falls. Besides the view. The food was excellent too. Would highly recommend if someone would like to consider this place for a visit. Check-In process could be a little faster.

We had an excellent experience for our first stay! All of the staff we came in contact were was so very friendly and accommodating from the housekeeping staff to the manager who was providing oversight when checking in. Despite a brief check in issue that was due to the booking site, rather than the property, Antonio and William were so helpful and continued to communicate what was happening to not worry me or my children. They quickly resolved the issue and were sweet to offer comps for our stay which was unexpected and wonderful!! Our housekeeper did a great job cleaning our room and provided some personal touches. The breakfast buffet was hot with many different options. The property is conveniently located to Clifton Hill, tons of restaurants and the Falls. It was great to park our vehicle and walk the whole weekend. We had to park in the offsite parking, which was only a 3 minute walk from the facility and safely housed my vehicle. There were tons of cameras visible in the parking area. We were sad to leave but confidently can say that we will be back! We truly enjoyed our stay! ❤️

Pros -easy walking to convention centre -reception drinks and snacks each evening -good continental breakfast -large rooms, great views of falls -friendly staff Cons -the elevator system is extremely slow

It was a great stay overall. Friendly staff, clean room, clean facilities. Would definitely stay again.
