I had free breskfeast Woman wanted to charge me for asking for a cappuccino absolute joke. Hotel was dirty bathroom Mouldy and not clean place is a bit run down breskfeast terrible food no selection

The property was very pretty and super close to Werribee zoo which was very convenient. Buffet breakfast was nice and the Main Street of Werribee was only a 5-10min drive. Rooms are small but clean.

Beautiful accommodation and grounds. The mansion is simply perfect. The rooms were a little smaller than anticipated, but beautiful and well appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We had dinner in the bar, the service was very slow unfortunately, two of our four meals came out nearly an hour apart and we had to follow up the other two with kitchen staff. The bar staff were lovely.

We had an enjoyable one-night stay at the property. We enjoyed the walk around the beautiful gardens and a swim and spa. The room is comfortable but quite small and outdated with no real window outlook. We enjoyed room service; the food was good, although when we went to order dessert at 9.45 pm, we were told the chefs had gone home, despite it saying that room service as available until 10.00 pm. The breakfast was lovely also; reasonable variety. The only other disappointment was the steam room; there is not a shared one; they are available in the females and males toilets. The one in the women's toilet is old and smelly and i couldn't get it to turn on??

Positives - garden surrounds are amazing. Pool was nice and big and clean. Negatives - Bed was wayyyy too soft. Bath/shower space pretty small, knocked elbows on the glass.
