Fabulous location, room and facilities. Only slight peeve was no mini bar in the room and two complimentary tiny shortbread biscuits in refreshment tray. Tesco express within 100 metres resolved this. Stayed over six nations Rugby and although hotel full to capacity no fall in level of service.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Lovely spacious room. Excellent evening meal in sister restaurant and a very hearty breakfast to send us on our way home. Can’t wait to return.

This was my second visit to Edinburgh and my first stay at the Apex Waterloo and I loved it! The hotel is well situated in the center of the city and close to all the major attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and sweet. The sauna, steam room and pool are terrific. And I booked a room with a tub large enough for two people and it was a lovely treat! I highly recommend Apex Waterloo for a fantastic stay!

The staff was always helpful & ready with advice & guidance. Everyone we spoke with was professional & polite yet friendly. We felt at home.
