I highly recommend brookside for the very respectful staff and the beautiful view. The pricing was very good for my 5 day stay and not to over budgeted. Overall a very nice hotal the stay at. Again, hughly recommended!

Friendly staff

We enjoyed our overnight trip to the mountains. It was just too short due to the storms coming in! We found this property and we found a gem!! Clean and comfortable! The space was amazing. It does need a small table and chairs to eat at. Couch was a little uncomfortable since it was deep. Not enough to complain about. I do wish the fireplace worked. There was a slight chill in the air. It was great to have a separate sleeping area and a Living room area. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Very clean rooms and walking distance to the strip.

Great location.... Haunted Mansion is right next door ♥️♥️♥️ Walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and the hot tub can't be beat. Never got to go on the pool unfortunately but I will definitely come back to check it out. Everyonr of the staff was very friendly and the breakfast definitely surpassed my expectations. I will definitely come back next trip to Gatlinburg.

Great service. Outdated but clean. Free parking. Easy to walk to all activities. Free troyto the amenities.
