We picked this hotel at the last minute, out of desperation, after having an awful experience at the hotel that we had originally booked. This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The staff were quick, friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms were spacious and clean. It’s located in a quieter area a couple miles outside the heart of Waikiki, but still close enough to easily use public transportation to all of the popular tourist spots. My room was in the 33rd floor and the view was unbeatable. I hope to revisit someday!

Beautiful hotel and rooms and the staff were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s in a quieter neighborhood outside the heart of Waikiki but still close enough to easily use public transportation to get to all of the popular tourist spots. Small kitchen stocked with two of everything we needed. We had a room on the 33rd floor and that was fun - views over the city. Bathroom was dated, but overall, it was a great stay and we'd stay here again. Laundry available which was convenient.

There were a lot of homeless people outside the hotel, especially on Bishop and Hotel Streets. On two occasions two homeless men were argumentative and rude to me. One asked me for money and when I refused he became very rude,

The deluxe suite was beautiful, complete and inviting. I had a very relaxing stay once inside my suite. The only drawback is thah downtown Honolulu can be rather rough, due to the many homeless people OUTSIDE, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.
