Overall a good but not great hotel experience. Breakfast was really good. Shuttle was really good. Staff was really good. Bathroom was small and the door was awkward to get open with toilet placement. Noise from the nearby airport was no concern, but the nearby highway was a bit noisy. Overall, I'd rate this a solid B hotel experience.

My room key was deactivated when it wasn’t time for check out. It was disappointing because when I went back to get my luggages, I couldn’t get in the room because the room wouldn’t open with my key.

Nothing extraordinary…Front Desk Clerk was friendly, professional, and quick. The room is old but kept clean. Breakfast is included but nothing to brag about. A complimentary airport shuttle is provided which is great…leaves on the hour. Overall a good experience.

Perfect location for an early morning flight! Good fast food options nearby. It’s noisy with freeway right next to the hotel but wasn’t really an issue in the room. Staff was very friendly and professional! Tower room was clean but a little dated. Bed was just ok for comfort. Area had a number of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks but it did not feel unsafe.

The hotel was a 3 star at best, but it is located directly next to a two storey elevated highway. The doors are not soundproofed and the noise at night is unbelievable. Luckily the traffice noise is muffled by the tiny AC unit which blasts on every few minutes. The place is great if you don't plan on sleeping.

I was little Skeptical about going to the courtyard to my room, but for an old hotel, the updates are very nice and the room was very clean and quiet, even being under a highway.

Our room was facing the main highway. You could hear everything which is expected with the location. As long as your tv and AC is on, it isn’t too much of a disturbance. Our room was on the second floor in the out wing and we could not find a elevator or a sign to help locate one so we ended up carrying our luggages up the flight of stairs. The surrounding area has lots of places to eat in walking distance! Lots of variety to choose from. The room itself was suffice. Exactly as pictured. We were able to do early check in 2 hours early! That was great! The main reason for our low rating is because as we were going into our room, room service just finished cleaning it… we get inside the room and do a check ourselves. We find hair in the bathtub and a wet used towel still hanging behind the bathroom door in the hook. Because of these unsanitary issues we will not continue to use this hotel for our stays. I would rather have checked in later knowing my room would be cleaned appropriately.
