This was my second time to book in this hotel in our recent trip to Hawaii. First reason is that it's close to the airport and second they had a free airport shuttle which is super convenient. It saved us some money because we just had to return the rental car a day early because we didn't need to drive to the airport. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient enough to start the day. Overall, I would stay again the next time we go back to Hawaii. Mahalo!

My husband and I had a really good time however, we were very careful not to have any food out at any time… There were still an ant infestation and at one point we woke up with ants covering our bed. Itty-bitty tiny ants. Bad weekend to have a lifelong phobia.

There are better options.

I booked this hotel 2 months in advance for the week and was told check in was at 3pm. Well when I went to check in at 3pm they stated my room was not available and that if I wanted to get into a room now I’d have to take a room of less value. I did not wish to wait any longer to check into a room I wanted to start my vacation. I was never given the difference between the room I payed for and the lesser room. I purchased the better room for a reason not to just be put in a different room and not refunded. Also they said if I got a car it’d be 65$ to park my car instead of the advertised 40$ to park because I chose to go through a website that was not them for the purchase of my stay. Upon check in they also made me place a 50$ deposit instead of taking it from the balance from the old room and I’ve still yet to receive that back. Other than that rough start the stay was good nothing fancy but room worked for sleeping.

A decent and nice place to stay when you want to be close to the airport for your flights. The hotel was a little noisy because it's close to a freeway but it's a pretty decent one considering it's close to the airport, gas station and other dining establishments. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff is accommodating. Room was a little outdated and old but served its purpose. Air conditioner was too cold at night and temp can't be adjusted because it's centralized (not sure why there still a thermostat in the room).

The hotel only had 2 elevators and 1 did not work 4 out of the 7 days we were there. Staff didn’t really seem to care. Breakfast included is only for 2 hours so a lot of people eating in a 2 hour time frame it gets very congested and the food was always cold. It’s a very short distance from Waikiki but traffic is horrendous so it takes 30 minutes to drive there. And you have to request to have your room cleaned. It’s not a given that it will be tidied up everyday. Hotel is located right next to a busy freeway so it’s loud inside and outside the hotel. Not pleasant sitting at the pool if you’re not accustomed to living in a busy city.
