Compare Cheap Hotels in Ilford

This is a wonderful hotel with easy walking access to Parliament Square and much of London. Only complaint was that communication regarding restrictions to all of the area around the hotel on NYE should have been made clear at booking and more information about how to leave the hotel and not get locked out during that evening should have been available at check in or when we received the bracelets. No one was clear about how to get back to the hotel, so we remained inside all night.

This is a good place in town to spend time in London. Takes an hour from the Heathrow airport to get there and is only 2 minutes walk from a underground station

Great spot. Only a few things but not enough to pull from excellent rating. Clog sink in bathroom. Elevators are slow and only three of them. Thats it! Will stay again!

My property is beautiful and clean I our room smell like cigarette smoke the the entire time. I didn't mention this to the front desk who said they would send somebody up immediately but it was an hour and a half later and we were already in bed The first day they came to clean up they didn't take any of our dirty dishes and didn't leave us any face cloths or empty the trash. Other than that the hotel was beautiful the staff was pleasant and the bartenders in the restaurant Chino Latino we're amazing

We had a brilliant stay here, on arrival were upgraded to a better room which was excellent! The location is great, opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel was new and clean.

It was an amazing place to stay in the heart of London. The rooms and bathrooms were so specious and staff were so wonderful and helpful. Two thumbs up!
