Everyone was friendly, rooms clean! 10’s across the board

Absolutely love this hotel! We will be coming back here on our next Japan trip. It was incredibly clean, beautiful interior, the staff were excellent and so sweet, and most spoke english. They were very welcoming. We felt very safe as women traveling alone. The room had storage under the bed which is incredibly convenient. Also had laundry and a microwave. Plus it was about a 7 minute walk from Ryogoku station, so we were able to travel around very easily. I very very high recommend!!! We LOVED this hotel!

Great location, great property. Rooms were bigger than I anticipated which was a plus.

We had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the food from the buffet and bakery were both delicious with a good variety.

The hotel was great. Economy room was small as expected but had all as described.Good breakfast.lovely roof top bar and terrace where we ate in evening, unsure where the French/ Italian restaurant mentioned in description was. Helpful staff very friendly. Be aware if raining or snowing!! They can't get taxis for you, but you can grab an Uber. Very happy with the hotel. The location I personally wasn't keen on as you had to walk past a number of Adult clubs and hotels. It was about 15 mins to the Shinjuku underground station and 3D cat.
