The staff at Hotel Groove were very helpful and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable. There was an ample supply of amenities in the room as well. Hotel location was perfect for walking and sightseeing!

Located close to central Shinjuku, close to metro stations & shopping. Walkable to most areas, however, a little too close to the red light district, neighboring streets have all the nightlife district & associated crowd. Hotel is great, large rooms & helpful staff.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, close to restaurants and activities, clean, very comfortable and clean rooms. I know several people going to Tokyo and I told them they must stay here! Staff was so very helpful, both checking in and out. When I checked out, the lady helping me, Bell Hayashi, was exceptional - she called a cab for me, helped me plan how to get to the airport-discussing several different options, carried my bags to the cab, and overall was so patient and just wonderful. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee. 5 Stars to her. I had a great experience at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else, due to the exceptional service here.

Breakfast was great & staff very friendly. We had Keiseki dinner & food & service was very good
