However, the food at the club lounge was quite limited and few items were insufficient for the number of guests. When I asked for an item to be replenished, I was told it had run out, which was disappointing."

Very helpful having a self-parking and breakfast option but need to make it clearer that parking is across the road in public parking facility. Breakfast had a great range and very convenient with good service but cooked breakfast options - eggs, bacon, spinach etc were cold/warm at best which was disappointing.

In cre di ble. Stunning, just stunning for its class. I booked the M Club room which provides access to the M Club Lounge equipped with a very nice meeting room and 24/7 lounge area with a wide range of refreshments in the evenings. Breakfast spread was fresh, with LOTS of healthy options. Pool is jaw dropping although not big, and spa was under maintenance. Well equipped gym and such well mannered staff. One of my best finds in Melbourne so far. Well done guys, keep it up.

Docklands perfection
Fantastic stay, from the welcome glass of champagne to the chocolate pretzels delivered to the room, the staff were amazing and always checking to see if they could do anything to make the stay better. Thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay
