Good value stay near trendy Collingwood
Room was no frills but that was reflected in the reasonable price. Shower was quite powerful but flooded the bathroom as a consequence. Really friendly staff and fast check in, would stay here again but with an extra bath mat for the power shower

Had two night stay while having treatment at St Vincent’s Hospital, which is only a short walk away. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff are approachable and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were tidy but tilled floor areas and curtains were filthy. Area relatively quiet but can hear other hotel patrons. Cooker hob didn’t work so couldn’t use until found some matches or gas lighter which took 3 requests. Pool was good but with the wind attracted lots of debris. Tram stations close by to city centre but not far to walk either. Fitzroy pretty run down. Hotel staff pleasant.

Our stay was very easy, comfortable and simple for us to get to our appointments at the hospital. Staff were helpful. The whole complex was super quiet which was lovely and surprising as it was fully booked the time we stayed. The 2 bed apartment was over 2 levels which I hadn’t realised when booking. Overall a very comfortable stay and super easy parking which is so helpful in that area of Melbourne. Will stay again!

The location was convenient, and parking was secure. Check in and out was easy. The room itself was a little run down but comfortable enough. The shower was leaking so made a huge pool of water out into the bathroom. Luckily enough, only my kids showered so we had some spare towels to clean up with so they could get out of the shower safely. The pool was really cold but would probably be ok on a hot day. We didnt see the gym so cant comment on that. Overall not bad, but not great considering the price.

Our apartment was absolutely perfect for what we needed. In a safe, private location. Everything was clean and tidy, it was lovely to walk through the courtyard. We wished we could have used the apartment more, we only spent time sleeping! The staff are absolutely amazing, so incredibly helpful and friendly. They certainly made our stay great!
