The smell of mould walking up the stairs sent alarm bells! Unattended reception and had to go looking for a staff member. The room was covered in dust not even the coffee table had been wiped down. Cupboard doors were filthy, lamp shades with an inch of dust growing of the top. Putrid!

Great location. People were nice. Property run down. No breakfast. Dead plants in resteraunt. Had to clean filters in air conditioning unit our selves. Dust and rubbish behind the bed side tables and under the bed. Mould in the shower.

Well-located property with on-site parking. Has a lift which is a great assistance to manage heavy luggage. Reasonably priced and extending our stay was no trouble at all.

Blood and stains all over bed sheets also i booked a queen bed and what they got for me was two single bed, when i talked to reception he was saying it’s normal for our hotel dirty sheets and 2 single bed is a KING BED!!!!!

The room looked great on arrival but taking a closer look you could see the dirt and dust was everywhere. The extractor fans were filthy! The large bath was definately the high light of our stay.

This is an honest review, and I wish I read other reviews before my stay! The hotel building from the exterior and lobby is quite fancy, but it's very much in need of a full refurbishment! No fly screens in the windows, I arrived to find windows opened, behind the blinds, and a view of the courtyard so ugly, that I chose to keep the drapes closed! The hotel lobby, room and even the bed sheets smelled of cigarette smoke! This was extremely off-putting. There was a lot of noise overnight, unsure if it was other guests using the spa or split system? I just wanted a night away, and the next morning I couldn't check out fast enough, I didn't even want to shower before leaving, and really didn't feel comfortable using the spa. I was craving me-time, this turned out to be a waste.

Room was basic, but did the job. Restaurant was basic, but meal was nice and well priced. Lift and hallways were dirty. On checking out staff member wouldn't issue a receipt. He said he needed to prepare it and he would email it in 15 minutes. Six hours later it still hasn't arrived.

The hotel was dated and the room facilities were very tired - chipped tables, worn carpet, etc. The fitted sheet on the bed didn't cover the whole mattress. Expensive for the quality of the room
