Room was nice with a good view. Staff were helpful, friendly, and competent. Access to lots of dining and shopping. Easy access to subway/train. Would highly recommend!

Room was clean tidy and everything in working order. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a wide range of choices including eggs your way. Walking distance to many shops restaurants and transport.

The breakfast is great. There is self-service luggage storage which is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the Dotombori area and the Shinsaibashisuji shopping area.

Hotel staff were very helpful and super nice. They helped us with transportation as well as give us information on where we can take the train to get to places. They used google translate when they had a hard time explaining what they meant. The hotel was very clean and organized and staff were always there to help when needed. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was also great for my family to just get a quick bite to eat and was super convenient. They also had souvenir shop with it too. The amenity bar was super and location to nearby train station as well as Universal Studios park was just across the street. Definitely will be staying there again on our next visit.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay at Apa Namba Ekimae Towers and would stay there again.
