This was mine and my husband’s first experience with an adults only all inclusive. It was incredible. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the start. The food was decent- the only bummer was the hours for the buffet and restaurant. The drinks were poured strong, the music was good, and the activities team had everyone enjoying their time.

The hotel was more than expected. It exceeded my expectations. I will surely visit again soon

Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice.

Everything about our experience was amazing except the bell boys. Would go again

Great place walking distance to Playa. The only thing they could work on is the drinks they were not great.
