Book Viceroy Hotel Group Playa del Carmen accommodation from NZ$440

Good hotel and food, not good beach and sometimes rood staff.

We stayed for 5 days at the PYP adults only side and we had such a wonderful stay. Javier and Amaury the bell hops were so awesome they took such good care of us and remembered our names everytime they saw us. Martin at the swim up bar was another favorite of ours. The resort is so big and beautiful with wildlife all around. The staff take good care of the property everyday they were cleaning the pools and landscaping the grounds and all the staff were so friendly. We met so many great people and will definitely be back.

After reading several other reviews, we were semi-skeptical, but we can't seem to understand where all those reviews came from! From the beginning of our trip to the very end, everything was wonderful. We loved our room, the service, the pool, the food, the staff. The only issues we came across were that there weren't outlets by the bed, there wasn't an option for streaming services on the TV and there wasn't a great mirror situation for getting ready. All of those things were very easy to overcome and overlook considering the amazing other things you get at this property. We will definitely look into returning!

Royal Haciendas is a beautiful, family friendly resort. We enjoyed the convenience of the all inclusive option and the many pools/restaurants!

The sales push from staffers was at times overwhelming
