I just like the hotel over all. I wish there was a gym in it.

The hotel is in a great area for shopping and sightseeing. There is a bus stop for the airport bus right outside the front doors. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are several dining options in the building and the rooms are clean and affordable! I would highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo!

Best hotel experience in Tokyo. Clean, nice room and my biggest thing was the bed was soft and comfortable. Will pick here again.

Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient.

I felt hungry and went to the onsen on 12 floor at 4:00am try to looking for some food. I asked the front desk what time will the breakfast start and she replied 6:00am. Then I waited. I read Japanese and saw on the TV screen says food is 24h available at cafeteria. So I asked the same lady again. She said yes but breakfast start at 6:00am. That’s typical Japanese way of thinking! My fault I should say I am hungry can I have food now?
