We have been to this property several times. We usually come at least once a year.. This year, the property is showing signs of neglect and upkeep needed. The room walls had knocks of paint missing. The bathroom grout was disgusting and needs cleaning or regrout work. The pool, which usually is beautiful, had dirt and/ or algae/mold/mildew on the walls and floor. The grassy area was dirt and mud. So disappointed. This is usually our go-to place for a reliable quick get-away from the other side of the island. I can’t imagine my disappointment if I had chosen this as a real “vacation” spot.

Beautiful property and scenery, just extremely expensive drinks and food options. When I say expensive, I mean $80 for two alcoholic drinks. Overall, stay here, in the heart of San Juan with beaches to tour nearby.
