Breakfast was cold the bacon so thin . The man that was sweeping around the area was touching the top of the lids he had not washed his hands . The room was clean or at least looked clean

Celeste at the front desk checked us in and set the bar high. She was so friendly and generous and explained all the perks for the weekend. We came for my daughter birthday and she made us feel so special! Everyone was so nice and friendly!

I came there for a convention and the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff was great. There were a few things about the room, that were more annoyances that they'll probably get fixed, like the toilet running continuously and the refrigerator making noise. The thing that was pretty terrible that the hotel may not have any control over was the poor service at the hotel restaurant. It just seemed understaffed and just kind of lackadaisical waitstaff. My group just ended up doing dinner and breakfast at some really great family owned restaurants to save us some time.
