Good hotel! Helpful staff! Clean and well-maintained facilities! Very conveniently located in regards to the international airport terminal at Haneda.

Self service laundry was very very good- best service I’ve seen in a hotel.

The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area. The rooms, while a bit small, are very clean, do not let in any light (despite being so close to the large billboards) and the rooms are very quiet at night as well. The staff is very helpful, and was able to answer all our questions and is very punctual. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, shops and convenient store are within the hotel complex.

Our stay at the Keio Plaza was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel! The restaurants and lounges were lovely. Most importantly the hotel staff were absolutely excellent and really made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Thank you!
