It was our first time here. Loved the heated pools and unlimited towels. So convenient. The room and the entire hotel was very clean. All the staff were very friendly. I'd come back for sure.

It was awesome just need to fix the elevators on building #2 couldn’t use them for maintenance and when we went to leave the elevator in building #3 was picked because of everyone using it!! It took us 30 minutes to be able to get into the elevator to take our luggage down

Great property and the price was definitely worth every penny. Fred was helpful and pleasant I would definitely recommend or stay again when visiting the Orlando area

I loved the location the room swimming pools with lots of available towels and the hotel dinning was great. Only drawbacks was the beds they were more full size than queen.

Super convenient universal hotel! Everything felt new and clean. The only down side is it is a huge hotel, so the lines for everything were pretty long and Starbucks and the cafeteria were usually very busy. Also we got in at 9pm on a Sunday and waited for at least an hour in the checkout line. Overall a good budget option hotel though!
