Absolutely loved my stay here, room was clean and comfy and had a fully stocked fridge! The owner was Shane was extremely helpful with a last min room booking and even more so when I left my laptop bag there the next day accidentally! Highly recommend!

I liked: the large unit, the separate bedroom, the kitchenette, the excellent heating, the 2 televisions. There was some initial problem with fridge defrosting but we sorted it out. When connecting electric plug of electric blanket it was rather dusty behind bedside table.

Fantastic little Motel. Super friendly and helpful check-in. The place was in a great location, very clean and had all the necessary facilities. It was also nice and warm on a very cold Ballarat night. Can highly recommend this property and hope to stay again

Unit was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good value. Only concern is the absence of trip warning over an unguarded and unmarked indication of a drop in pavement level immediately outside unit 6. Subject to an OHS opinion, it may indicate an OHS trip risk. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.
