Excellent location for theatre land and very easy to get to Oxford street for shopping etc (139 bus across road from hotel). If you travel via Waterloo station the same bus starts and stops there. All in all very good couple of days at the hotel and it's close to covent garden and easily walkable to Leicester Square

I am staying at The Cumberland Hotel for four days, and I’m so happy with my choice. On 14th February, I arrived with my mother, who traveled from China for my graduation. We were deeply touched by Janhvi’s warm service. Despite the busy Valentine’s Day and the hotel’s 800-room capacity, she arranged a perfect room and even decorated it with a special message welcoming my mother and congratulating me. It was a heartwarming surprise! The service has been excellent—housekeeping is prompt, the restaurant food is delicious, and all staff are professional. Huge thanks to Janhvi for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

Amazing service and beautiful court yard

Excellant location, lovely hotel, large clean room, staff had excellent customer service abd went out of their way to make our stay lovely

Hakeem and Mehdi in reception were excellent, changing our room to take account of the need to reduce climbing stairs, giving advice of where to eat and how to use the tube (which saved pounds!). The room was small, as you would expect but was modern, well laid out, clean and in very good condition. Perfect for our 2 night stay.

The location was excellent and the rooms clean. We would stay there again. Very central to getting around London and access to public transportation is good.
