Wonderful clean and modern property with a delightful staff that goes above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy every minute of their holiday. We have stayed at a number of all inclusive properties in Punta Cana over the years and this is highly rated especially when it comes to value for money.

Great staff at the pool. Great restaurants

The staff was kind, sometimes over-eager in service, but generally very good. The food was really good all around, no complaints. I like peace and quiet. Others maybe not as much. I could do with less music at the pool. The sound of waves is good enough for me. My life is loud enough. My stay was excellent and I would recommend this resort to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lopesan Costa Bávaro, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is a stunning piece of architecture, with beautiful landscapes and a serene atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The service throughout the resort was impeccable, particularly in the buffet and various restaurants. One standout was Christopher Gonzalez, who was doing great ice cream rolls—such a fun and delicious treat! The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, making sure that every meal was enjoyable. Additionally, another gentleman at the front desk, who spoke four or five languages, was exceptionally nice and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. However, I did have a negative encounter with Jose Alicia, who was in charge of the Bali beds at the pool. He was quite rude and even threatened to call security on us, despite the fact that it was our first day and we hadn’t done anything wrong. We had simply placed our belongings on a Bali bed because all other sunbeds were occupied. His approach could have been more polite, as there are definitely better ways to interact with guests than resorting to threats. This incident left my daughter feeling very scared, which was unfortunate and overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. On a positive note, the food was consistently great, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different taste

My husband and I really enjoyed our week long stay at Serenade Punta Cana. We stayed in a room with a hot tub on the balcony and loved that after a day on the beach. The food choices for dinners were good, but we really enjoyed the Hibachi place (we went twice!). The workers were nice, but were pushy when it came to try to get us to sit through their time share spiel even though we refused. You get approached constantly to try to get you to use their spa services. There was A LOT of beach seating and umbrellas which was a plus. The nightly shows were interesting, most not appropriate for children, just a warning :) (we didn't bring our children, but saw many families leave after the show started). We really enjoyed our time here.
