We loved loved loved this location and can’t wait to come back. The staff is super friendly and on top of their duties. The room was immaculate and spacious. The pool was the best in the area and what got us to here to begin with. One point about the pool is if you want chairs, to get there early. We do also appreciate they have a 30 minute rule to help with the crowding. If you’re away from your chair for more than 30 mins then they will clear it out for another guest. I thought this was very fair to avoid hoarding spots all day and the staff is on top of it. The beach has a similar set up but I felt like the staff out there didn’t enforce the 30 minute rule much at all so we ended up on towels on the sand.

Excellent place for the price

Everything was amazing. The staff was more than accommodating when our room A/C wasn’t working. There is major construction going on and the elevators were out on our last night. Lights flickered on and off for most of the day but they worked tirelessly to get them all working again as only one elevator was in service. The staff definitely made up for the minor setbacks though!
