Fabulous condo! It had everything we needed for our wonderful 5 day stay on Kona. The host was amazing and followed up with us to make sure we had everything. The views were amazing and I highly recommend Kona Coast Vacations and the condo itself. Can't wait to return.

Nice location and very clean

Good location. Great view from the lanai and just down the road from Green Flash Coffee. Impressively clean for being so close to the beach and a well-stocked kitchen. Nice pool at the property too.

Great condo with large lanai and fantastic ocean views

The condo was great. We loved the large comfortable lanai that had many chairs and spent every morning there seeing many whales. I was concerned the condo didn’t have air conditioning but it was not an issue at all since the ocean breeze and fans kept us very comfortable. The condo was clean and had nice carpet. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay including coolers, beach towels. Umbrellas, beach chairs and a washer and dryer. Also the kitchen was well stocked with a few staples and plenty of cookwares. Enjoyed our stay, we would stay there again and would recommend this condo.

Kona Coast stay July 2023

Staying at Kona Coast Apt 227 ended up being a very pleasant experience. The apt has everything an out of town visitor seeking to enjoy Hawaii would expect to have (towels, umbrellas, utensils, beach toys, floats, basic household paper towels, aluminum foil, saran wraps, laundry, dishwasher and even a smart cooker). The communication before arrival, during the say and prior to departure was very good ; the representatives were very responsive - the view of the sunsets from the lanai was great. Compared to another firm competing with VRBO, this was a very pleasant experience overall. Definitely recommend it.

Quick Hawaii stop

Fantastic Ocean view condo. Went to sleep with the relaxing sounds of the ocean waves. Saw dolphins from the lanai. Ate dinner every night on the lanai watching the sunset. Great for 2 people. Could sleep 3-4 but would be a little crowded. Well furnished. Mahalo, we will be back!

Great walking distance to town for coffee, eats, etc. great view off Lanai . Noisy bathroom fan, need to be more specific where to take garbage. Says there is signage, none to be found . Otherwise had a great stay.

College friend and Icelebrating our 48 year friendship. This condo was perfect. Beautiful views from the lanai, near downtown Kona , trolly service was very useful. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. One of the highlights was the octopus farm !!! Wonderful !!!

Great getaway

North side lani was nice and comfortable all day long. Enjoyed the quiet pool with mostly seniors. We looked over the complex next door pool area. At times that area got pretty noisy. Third time at this complex and would go back.

Lovely condo, clean, in such a good location. Everything was close to town and all the restaurants were 5 minutes away! The only complaint really is the mattress in the guest room. We went with another couple and we traded for the master ocean front master bedroom halfway through the trip to be fair and we both agreed that the mattress in the guest room was terrible. We would wake up in pain. Other than that, I'd stay here again!

This property is very nice - has everything you may need for a stay in Kona, even binoculars to whale watch! We were disappointed to find out that this is vacation property is managed by a rental property management company, and is NOT privately owned. We could have avoided the additional fee charged by VRBO by renting from them directly!! (They even left a card stating this in the rental unit!!) The rental company is good - always checking to make sure everything is ok, just can't help feeling deceived...

Absolutely loved this property and our stay!

The property was exactly as described in the pictures. The unit was very spacious and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect for walking into town and being right on the ocean was an amazing view! The Kona Coast team was great at providing constant contact prior to arrival through our departure. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Kona.
