It is the perfect setting for couples and small families. Its convenient location makes it a repeat place for many Maui visitors! World class beaches, The Shops of Wailea and Restaurants are a short walk from Grand Champions.

This spacious 1 bedroom / 2 bathroom features a king size bed in the Primary with en suite Primary bathroom. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room and a second guest bathroom makes this unit perfect for couples and small families. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining. This condo was newly redesigned with elegant furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped for the Chef of your family! Enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai surrounded by stunning tropical foliage and views of Haleakala. Be sure to look to the right on a clear day and you will enjoy partial ocean views.

This golf front property with its premier location offers Peace and Serenity to create the perfect Hawaiiana. Upcoming remodel in unit #138. The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops and kitchen and entry tile flooring. Replace all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation. This remodel will begin on 5/01 and will be completed on 06/15/23.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Grand Champions Wailea

These are Our favorite condos in Wailea. Close to beautiful beaches and good snorkeling. But not as expensive as the beachfront resorts. Lovely home in peaceful garden setting. We love to Walk to beach front paved trail every morning for exercise. Highly recommend a morning Paddle board and kayak rentals at Polo beach, got to swim with a passing pod of spinner dolphins. Saw turtles, an octopus and a curious reef shark were amazing! The condo was perfect for us. Spacious layout with private bedroom off the main living area. Kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, no food, oil or seasonings other than salt/ pepper. Which is understandable - just plan for that If you’re planning to cook . Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you so much for everything!

The property was clean, quiet, and safe. Which is why we chose it. We had a rental car; thus getting to nearby shops and restaurants was easy. There are shops and restaurants near the property. But its Wailea, therefore, not cheap. But we will return. We had a great 4-day get away. We drove away from Wailea to do things. Wailea was chosen for the quietness, cleanliness, and peace. The condo was exactly as described on Expedia.

Everything You Need In a Great Location

We love staying at The Grand Champions Wailea! The apartment is fully equipped and the treats provided on check-in are a nice touch. A top floor oasis in a spot that is walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay again when we return! Thank you.
