Feel the wonderful trade winds and take in the aroma of the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. This spacious one-bedroom unit in the Grand Champions Villas comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home.

The Primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom! The Primary bathroom is recently renovated with beautiful granite countertops and a newly redesigned walk-in shower. Family and friends can feel at home with their own pull-out sofa, TV area, and renovated guest bathroom with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. Ground floor access makes trips to and from the beach, golf course, tennis courts, and pool a breeze!

Location! Location! Location! The Grand Champions has lush beautiful landscaping and amenities include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, Shops at Wailea, casual to fine restaurants, world's top beaches, and five-star hotels.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Upcoming remodel in unit #138. The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and kitchen and entry tile flooring. Replace all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation. This remodel will begin on 5/01 and will be completed on 06/15/23.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Great condo and perfect location!

Over the years we’ve stayed at two other condos at Grand Champions and this was the best so far. Easy ground floor access, lots of space and a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the birds.

Beautiful spot

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Champions. The unit is decked out in Hawaiian decor and the lanai looks out onto lush green banana trees with a glimpse of the ocean to the side. We enjoyed the area and local shops. The beach chairs came in handy but we had to buy a beach umbrella. The air conditioner is noisy but didn’t really bother us. Unfortunately we never did figure out how to work the TV’s. Overall We loved our stay here and will hopefully be back again next year🌺

This unit was clean, convenient and the resort felt safe at all times. Everything we needed was available to us. The linens were all top of the line and having a washer/dryer in the unit was an added bonus. We’d love to stay here again if we ever return to Maui.

Pros… spacious, quite, private, beautiful area, nice pool/hottub, beach chairs, VERY comfortable bed Cons…. No house instructional book- would have been nice to have some info about the area , restaurants ect , trouble with getting internet to work the first couple days, unfortunate issue with ants in the kitchen - they did do a fumigation when we complained

I picked this unit because it claimed to be recently renovated and the listing said washer which I wrongly assumed was in the unit. The living room was nice and some things were renovated. The kitchen was great. However there are room ACs that are very noisy and turn on frequently despite the temperature setting. The bed was soft and a bit lumpy. Pillows were old and flat. I slept better when I bought my own pillow. So overall it was adequate for a week stay.

Lovely Grand Champions Suite

My husband and I have been coming to the island for 20 years and have stayed on many complexes. We love this location. The unit was very well stocked, clean and has a very private balcony where we enjoyed many meals. The king bed was very comfortable and the additional mattress made the pull out couch much more comfortable than it would have otherwise been.

Better than advertised!

I will do my best to rent this condo every time we go back to Maui. It is beautifully furnished and has a kitchen with EVERYTHING you could possibly need - it even has a rice cooker! The bed is so comfy and they have soft and firm pillows. Beach chairs and towels are provided, the pools are wonderful, bbq area is excellent… I actually cannot think of a single flaw. Maybe only that it’s so nice you will regret not booking a longer vacation! We look forward to our return!

The Best VRBO on Maui

We absolutely loved this place. It came with so many amenities and even had things we forgot to buy at Costco like oil, Saran Wrap, and Tupperware. The neighborhood was very beautiful and there is a small beach nearby where we saw our first turtle. The place is clean and comfortable with great decor. Would definitely come back again.
