Stayed for one week. Very nice 3 bedroom condo. Well appointed kitchen.only thing missing was a pitcher of some kind and a tea kettle.Great mattresses in bedrooms, nice bathrooms.Only thing I would ask is for couch in living room to be replaced. Cushions very worn and difficult to sit on.Overall 9.5/10 very close to everything

My family of five had a great time with plenty of room in this beautiful condo. The kitchen and dining room were well appointed everything we needed not that we cooked much. The living room was nice to hang out together in the evening. All the beds were comfortable everything was clean. Lots of things you need for the beach. We loved Kawai. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a graduation trip for my two daughters. There were 5 of us all 18 yrs plus. Plenty of space. Immaculate and like new furnishings. Owner was very easy to communicate with...was even able to arrange early check in for us. Condo is in quiet complex..easy walking distance to pool and beach. Loved Poipu Beach, turtles, and monk seal! Would love to come back some day

Lovely home, great location!
The rental was perfect for my family of seven. Loved having the key coded door, multiple bathrooms and washer/dryer to meet everyone’s needs. There was lots of beach gear available for use, which was super helpful and fun! Poipu beach area was a quick walk and had it all, snorkel area, great kid swim area and boogie boarding. It really had something for everyone. The beds were comfortable and it was really refreshing to have air conditioning after a day in the sun or hiking. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay, especially with kids. We had a large group, 3 adults and 4 children (ages 1-6), and there was plenty of space for everyone. The amenities were so thoughtful, from the pack n play, high chair, beach toys, and children's dishes and utensils. The wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear were great. Beaches were close, and we frequently went to Poipu Beach several times a day to check on the turtles. Everything was clean and comfortable. Michael responded to my emails promptly. I would absolutely love to come back!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Walk to beaches was 5 to 10 min as described through beautiful property. The unit has nice appliances and all you need for cooking. It was great to have a washer and dryer to utilize. The bottom floor bedrooms were a little warm at night for our comfort. The manager brought by fans that helped some and that was greatly appreciated. If you are used to sleeping with your bedroom below 72 degrees it may be a little more challenging to sleep. Overall beautiful and comfortable place.

Perfect condo!
We had a wonderful stay in this condo for 9 days. It had plenty of bath towels, nice comfy sheets, enough room for 2 families to have their own spaces, and boogie boards/chairs. It was super nice to have the washer/dryer. The location is perfect in Poipu. We did however have a large Suburban that we did have difficulty parking every evening as other cars did not park properly in their space. Other than that, it was a beautiful spot to vacation and this condo is amazing! I would not hesitate to book this again in the future.

Amazing week
My family of 6 stayed for a week in January 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Our two younger kids slept in the room with twin beds, our adult daughter slept in the loft, our teenage son slept on the fold-out couch, and my husband and I were in the primary room. We had plenty of space and 3 bathrooms to spread out! The place was very clean - one of my biggest worries when renting a property is will it be clean?...I can say that this property was spotless and I would stay there again. We cooked basic meals and the kitchen was very well-stocked. The refrigerator was brand new. There were plenty of beach items, including a wagon and chairs. When we first arrived we didn't see boogie boards, but the property manager immediately brought 3 over because the previous ones had been damaged. Surrey was very welcoming and quick to help! The location is perfect - we walked easily down to Poipu Beach with all our gear, to Puka Dogs for lunch. It's also a beautiful walk the other direction to the Hyatt and the coastal trails.

We rented 2 condos from Mike and Surrey, to accommodate our extended family. Both condos were clean, spacious, and comfortable for our crowd, ages 6 to 76! We all appreciated being so close to the beach, and the beach "toys" in the garage were icing on the cake. Thank you very much!! Lots of memories!

Perfect location and comfortable space
My wife, 4 children, and my wife's parents stayed in this great condo. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. My wife's parents had a private space in the loft and the rest of us used the 2 rooms on the main level and the pull out couch. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable here. Each room had a ceiling fan and the AC in the unit worked great. The unit was very clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare all kinds of meals for our family. My kids loved eating at the kitchen island while the rest of us ate at the table. The other amenities at the condo we just what we needed. We used the 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, and the wagon to take everything down to the beach. It was around a 10 minute walk to the Brenneke & Poipu Beach areas. The walk was on a nice sidewalk through the Poipu Kai resort area with nice lights to see in the dark. You can spend your entire day at those two beaches - and especially enjoyed watching 20-30 sea turtles swim to shore to sleep on Poipu Beach each night. We didn't need to reach out to Mike or Surrey during our stay, but Mike was very quick to respond to my questions leading up to our trip. We have another conference planned in 2 years and we will most definitely look to stay in the same location next time.

Beautiful home, beautiful island
Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this home. We ran the Kauai marathon and the location is great for access to the start/finish line. Easy walking distance from amazing beaches. Unit is well stocked with beach items and things for the kids. Host and manager very easy to communicate with and responsive.
