Wow!

Would stay again in a heartbeat! Super clean, super comfortable and every amenity you could want. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A/c was a plus as was the washer and dryer. The pictures really don’t do it justice! Hope to stay again soon.

Absolute Paradise!

We stayed in Michael's condo for our honeymoon trip. Every little detail is considered in this condo. Light switches are labeled and the guest book is full of excellent detail as well. Location could not be better. We were within 3 minutes of anything we needed. We sat on the wall across from the condo every morning and watched the sea turtles play in the surf, layed around by the salt water pool in the shade (which was plentiful), walked to the Luau at the Sheraton resort and just had the most wonderful time. Michael was fast to respond, friendly to talk to and gave us late check out on short notice for a very reasonable rate since our flight wasn't until 9:00pm and our day plans got cancelled. 10/10 experience and we will likely be back!

Amazing honeymoon in paradise

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The place was spacious, clean and very well air conditioned. The pool was great too, just in the backyard. The ocean is a 5 minute walk from the condo and it’s in a great central location with a lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We walked to dinner every night during our stay. The bed was also very comfortable. I’d stay here again!

Outstanding location with premium amenities.

Great first floor condo with view of the ocean and next to pool! Owner's meticulous descriptions of how to use all the appliances from the dryer to AC were much appreciated. We communicated that we observed a small water leak in the kitchen to the owner shortly after arrival. He offered to have a vendor address during our stay if we preferred, but we agreed it was not necessary and we continued to monitor during the remainder of the stay. Being the gracious host, Michael offered a late check out without any additional charge. Much appreciated since we had a late flight out that evening. We have stayed in the Poipu area several times and would rate this experience as one of our best. The location is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shopping, and even a golf course. The relatively small number of condos on the property as advertised made for a very quiet and relaxing trip. And no roosters at dawn! The condo was very comfortable with premium interior. We would certainly recommend this property to others and strongly consider booking Michael's property again on a return trip to Kauai.

Lovely Relaxing Holiday

The condo was very clean with an extremely well equiped kitchen. The grounds and pool area were lovely. The only issue we had ( which really was not a problem for us ) was, being Australians we could not access any of the steaming services so could not watch any movies in the evenings. Having said that, it really was relaxing to sit and read in the comfortable living area, so did not miss the TV.

Wow! Beautiful condo with a convenient location.

Absolutely loved this condo! Comfy bed, super clean, everything was provided, and check-in was easy. The VRBO is very quiet, no street noise. We opted for a helicopter tour, atv, mountain tubing, and biked/hiked Waimea Canyon. This location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to. Would definitely recommend!!

My husband & I were blown away by this condo! The owners have thought of absolutely everything, were amazing to communicate with, and the unit/grounds were immaculate. We loved being so close to the beach & restaurants, but away from the more crowded/noisy resorts. Sitting on the patio at sunset/in the morning was awesome, and being able to cool off in the pool at the end of the day was such a treat! It was also fun to read their guest book & see what others loved about their stay. We were NOT ready to leave! Thank you Mike & Gina!

First time to Kauai!

We travel to Hawaii often, sometimes twice a year. Maui has always been our island of choice but we decided to make the trip to Kauai this time to explore another island that we have been told we must visit. We absolutely loved our stay and our condo was exceptional. We wanted for nothing and Michael’s communication was excellent. We loved the assigned parking spot, the AC was a bonus and 2 bathrooms made getting ready for the day twice as fast. There were several days we were the only ones in the pool for hours at a time. We loved all the local restaurants and small coffee spots. The turtles at sunset at Poipu Beach were amazing! I’m not sure our trip and travels around the island could have been better. Only we thing dint make happen was the helicopter tour, but there always next time, right? Thank you so much Michael and Gina for sharing your home with us.

Excellent property and location

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. It is centrally located and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The condo is very well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean. Perfect place to relax!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in Poipu. The location and views are great! A few steps outside the door and your at the pool for a swim or on the sea wall watching the sunset. The condo inside is spacious, comfortable, clean, and includes a washer/drier since we travel light. Communication with Mike was excellent too. Everything you need for a great vacation!

A Beautiful Kauai Stay!

We walked in to Hawaiian music playing lightly and the fans and air conditioner on. Such a welcoming experience! The unit is beautifully maintained and spacious and located to see the ocean from the patio while dining outside. There was also plenty of extra's (coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc) so we did not have to purchase those. Love the sliding Hawaiian Shutter doors for privacy at night. It was a perfect place to stay!

Our favorite place!

This was our second stay at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. Beautifully updated unit with great view, easy pool access and all amenities we needed. Great communication with Michael who answered all questions immediately. Appreciate that all the light switches are labeled and instructions for all appliances are clear. Also, great Poipu location and ocean walking path across the street. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay.
