We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

This beautiful garden condominium is located in Popui Kai's Manualoha, this community's signature is the gorgeous flowering gardens and bougainvillea all around you. The wonderful ground floor location gives this home a very private feel. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with a ceiling fan and has large windows looking out to the greenery. The spacious and open living room has brand-new wood tile floors. This property features a large flat-screen TV, dining room, laundry, and open kitchen with breakfast bar. This home is perfect for families traveling with extra guests as the sofa converts to a queen-size bed.
This Island getaway is beautifully furnished and well-equipped for all of your everyday needs, including a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with all the necessary cookware to make all of your favorites. We know that work or home will be the furthest thing from your mind while you're relaxing in Kauai however if you and your guests need to check in at home or the office this home features complimentary high-speed internet.
A covered lanai opens directly onto the lush tropical gardens of Manualoha and steps away is the green belt of Poipu Kai, leading you to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach. Because Manualoha is centrally located, you can take a short walk east to watch the sunrise or west for the sunset.
