The Sheraton in Kauai is absolutely superb, we could not have asked for a better experience. Considering the fact that my wife and I are on honeymoon it was the most enchanting 7 days. From the ocean, to the mountains and rivers, the entire island is filled with amazing people and those at the Sheraton are absolute gems.

Overall unimpressed with the 2 bedreom unit. Its the smallest we have ever stayed at, furthest away from all property amenties and no room in suitcases. Plus the only views were of a rock wall. Plus when I complained, they were completely unresponsive. We come to Kauai every year and will not be returning here.

Great amenities and activities to choose from. They were very accommodating when it was time to go. Our flight wasn’t until the evening and we were still able to enjoy the island after checkout because they kept our luggage and we were able to use their hospitality room to shower and clean up before heading out to the airport. We had a very pleasant time!

Beautiful Resort in Poipu
We really enjoyed the location and amenities of the Sheraton Resort and Villas at Poipu. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved that the pool was right next to the beach. The one disappointment for us was that we spent extra money for a villa room, which has a kitchen, living space, and separate master bedroom. However, it was so small and tight and there was no privacy in the master bedroom due to a sliding barn door (with no lock). The pull out sofa bed in the living space left almost no room to get by between the end of the bed and the counter on the wall. I would have rather booked one room with 2 beds and saved the money.
