We strive to provide 4 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella and try to replenish the supply when needed. We cannot guarantee the type and amount of beach equipment that will be there when you arrive as these items get broken or misplaced, left at the beach or in rental cars or loaned to other visitors. While I cannot absolutely guarantee it, an adequate supply is usually available. I recommend you check before renting equipment.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Please note our firm cancellation policy. We strongly recommend trip insurance. Please, don't be that person who wishes they had bought insurance. There are many options for travel insurance and you need to read the finer details carefully. It is also available here through VRBO.

Maximum occupancy is 5 and is monitored, Sofa sleeping not allowed. An exception can be made for toddlers and infants in portable cribs.

This was a beautiful property. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony faced the ocean with the most amazing view and the sunsets were breathtaking. The AC units worked great and the kitchen was stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with the beach chairs, boogie boards and towels to use. Definitely recommend this place.

"WOW" was my first impression upon walking into this condo. As pictured, very well taken care of, perfect location, spotless, inviting, comfortable bed. Wonderful views from the lanai. What else can I say. I can go on and on. Deborah was amazing in getting back to me on my questions. She gave me great recommendations on where to eat and what to do while there. Highly recomend this condo. We will definitely come back.

Paradise in Hawaii

This condo is truly paradise in Hawaii. The condo has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for our family. The one thing we enjoy while on vacation is waking up and having our coffee on the lanai and this was the best we have experienced with great views of the ocean and mountains. We often ended our days eating dinner on the lanai watching amazing sunsets. It was very convenient to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to bring to the beach. It was a very clean and updated condo. Deborah was wonderful to work with and was in touch throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. She really cares that you have a great vacation. The location was very convenient to explore the island and nice that it was a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return!

Perfect view and centrally located!

3rd story condo with a two sided balcony view. No one on the right side of you. Very quiet at night. Extremely clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Washer, Dryer and full kitchen. Deb even supplied the coffee! Coming back to this property every day was very relaxing and felt like home. Highly recommend this rental. Can't go wrong.

Beautiful Location in Paradise

Everything about our stay here was perfect: it has every amenity you could ever need (from beach gear, to comfy beds, to kitchen utensils, to AC!); it's conveniently located by all the hot spots on the south side of the island; and communication from the owner was amazing throughout. Best of all, the view from the balcony was unmatched! I wish we could sip coffee or mai tai's on it forever. We hope to return and cannot say enough good things about Deb and her home!

We arrived at sunset. Everyone’s mouth dropped at the amazing view. From the beginning Deb was very communicative. The place was updated and nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, as well as very organised. The place was a short walk to the beach where we saw monk seals, sea turtles, and dolphins. This was as our second time staying at this condo. The vicinity to the beach, restaurants and shopping makes it an ideal location. The property is quiet, the staff and other tenants are always friendly. The pool is great when you need a little time away from the sand and salt. My recommendation couldn't be any stronger! If you are looking for a great place to stay while exploring Kauai, you've found it. Being on the third level affords excellent views of the sunset, ocean and mountains. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect location

We had an excellent stay at Deb's home. I was a little nervous about renting a home as I've always stayed at a big resort when traveling but from the moment I booked she was wonderful with giving insight about the area and recommendations on restaurants close by for my picky kids or answering any question I may have. The place was extremely clean, welcoming and felt like home to us. And I can't get over the views, they were amazing! We had picture perfect views of the sunset every night and I loved being able to relax in the morning with my coffee while sitting on the lanai watching the ocean or looking off in the distance towards the mountains. We were in a great location with being a short walk to the beach where my daughter would help the volunteers count the sea turtles each night. During our stay Deb even checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything and that everything was going well. She went well above and beyond and was an amazing host! I hope to return to Kauai in the future and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

No regrets at all about our choice of lodging. Homeowner was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Home was incredibly clean when we arrived and well stocked with needed items. Location was great - well landscaped condo complex within short walk to beach/restaurants, easy parking right outside the stairs leading to the condo. Lanai views were incredible - expansive ocean/mountain views. Would definitely consider returning on a future trip to Kauai.

This was the perfect property for our stay. The views are incredible! The home had everything we needed, including the air conditioning. It's in walking distance to Poipu Beach which we really enjoy.
