Arrived to circa after an 8 Hour Drive and the room was not available. I was told there was 14 people ahead of me and could not be given a ETA is what the staff member at the counter stated. I had to return my rental car dinner reservation that night. It was embarrassing because I had this whole night set for Fremont down town experience. We left the next day to go to the Mandalay When we left my husband left his wallet in there safe I called the operator and she stated when I arrive back at circa a security guard will escort him up to the room to retrieve his wallet. When we were in the lobby, we saw two security cards with his wallet in their hand, and we were taken to back room to show proof that it was his. But this is not what we were told and we did not like somebody having access to our belongings without us being present. So whether or not things were missing out of it, it’s not gonna matter to Circa really because they say one thing and do another.

A Perfect Vegas Experience
I had an incredible stay at Circa Resort & Casino! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Their friendly and attentive service truly set the tone for my entire stay. The rooms are beautifully designed spacious, modern, and equipped with convenient technology like bedside Alexa show and touchpad controls for the lighting. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. One of the highlights was Stadium Swim, a must see rooftop pool area with stunning views and a massive screen for watching games. It’s perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying the vibrant atmosphere in the evening. The resort’s three story sportsbook is equally impressive, adding to the excitement of being in the heart of Las Vegas.

The Circa is a beautiful modern hotel! The elevators were super fast so no waiting around! Staff was friendly and it’s in a great location! The only negative was the constant loud bass bumping frim the music at stadium swim all day up until 11pm every day. This makes it difficult to relax in your room between all the activities! Stadium Swim plays loud industrial type music even though the majority of the clientele at the pool were mid 40s and up. That is the only complaint but unfortunately it’s a reason we would not stay there again.

Overall our stay was great. Pros : concierge service was amazing. Alison went above and beyond to make sure we had a private car and an in room massage. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the views were stunning! Cons: bell service didn’t deliver laundry Housekeeping never collected our trash, extra blanket that was requested ( I get cold easily due to anemia) never was delivered to our room. Side note: as other reviews have pointed out, when you check in they’ll ask if you want to upgrade. We said no thanks, but as it was our anniversary they said it was complimentary and asked if we wanted a pool view. I said no because as other reviews pointed out, the bass from the music is loud and sleeping would be hard. We got a room on the 31st floor and while we still kinda heard the bass, it wasn’t bad, the views were great and overall the location was convenient. You’re right in Fremont street so you’re close to entertainment, cheaper food and of course souvenir shops.

Everything was what I'd hoped for and more. Freemont St is right there and it's a vibe. we booked a suite it was on the 55 floor it was very nice the only annoyance was that there was not a coffee making machine in the room so if you want a coffee first thing in the morning you got to go down to the second floor to the Coffeys shop.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It was the first time we had stayed here and this hotel exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend anyone visiting Vegas, stay here. Compared to many of the dining options on strip, the menus were great, awesome drinks and affordable. We will definitely return again in the future.
