The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly, good location - short walk to Fremont Street. Did not like that there was no mini fridge in the room, no telephone to even call front desk, bulb burnt out in bathroom and no shower door which left water all over the bathroom floor. Other than that it was a nice place to stay! (We could hear music from Fremont Street the one night we went to bed before 11pm and we were on the 25th floor!)

The staff and property were great...the hidden fees ( resort fees ect ) sunk my vacation..but the staff was very helpful and the front desk credited me $60 for the resturants on the property

The grand was clean and safe. The room was in good condition overall. I would say if you’re looking for a moderately priced hotel downtown this won’t disappoint you. It doesn’t have the biggest Casino. But it’s around some restaurants outside. Pizza rock. A food court right across the street at Fremont. Also, the pool is really nice. It’s not the biggest pool in the world, but it’s very nice down there.

Very clean. But the room didn’t have a fridge nor microwave. The shows broken. And they gave someone keys to our room. We were in the middle of changing clothes and heard a key open our door. Also said I was only going to be charged 256 at the hotel and they charged me 450. Wasn’t terrible for 2 nights but I won’t be going back.

Close to the “Old Strip” so if you want the Vegas feel but also get overwhelmed easily with crowds this is a great place to stay.

House keeping did not come either night. We arrived back at the hotel around 1:30am bother nights; and we had to call down and ask for towels. Which it then took 30 minutes to receive. Trash was never taken out, and sheets were never changed either. The room was overall clean otherwise. But having to call and ask for towels every night was incredibly frustrating. Part of a hotel stay is housekeeping.

It's a hotel casino in vegas
Pool being closed for a day was annoying. And the bar next door playing music until 2 AM was even more annoying. But overall it was a good location for a decent price.

The room was great and the staff working the front desk were outstanding. However, the staff in the restaurant needs a refresher course on proper attitude. Twice we were appalled at the attitudes. Twice other staff circled back to apologize for the bad attitude.

This hotel was fine for what we needed. We were in town for a music festival and just needed somewhere to sleep. We noticed that the bathroom didn’t have a garbage can or hand soap which was odd. The TV also didn’t work at first but we were able to figure out that one of the cords just needed to be adjusted. The weirdest thing, though, was that one of the beds had blue marks on some of the sheets like it had been drawn on with marker. Overall not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to but it served our purpose.
