Stay was just okay
For some reason, there were stairs, pretty much in the middle of the hall only four steps but seem pretty inconvenient. Even at 2 o’clock the morning, the Fremont Street was loud noisy and unfortunately, we had a room facing that way, but we couldn’t see anything but brick walls. Some of the bartenders seemed rude and very impatient with people. And don’t get me started on the cashiers station. They did not want to be bothered. They were grumpy snatch your money away from you and throw stuff back at yeah.

The hotel and room was very nice; however, the noise from the Fremont Street Experience was a little much. I think a lower room rate should be provided for rooms so close. Also, I checked out at 3 a.m. and was told by the gentleman at the desk that he was running night audit and couldn't print a receipt. He said it would be emailed to me. I have yet to receive it. He never asked how our stay was or thanked us for our business. Not impressed.

Internet connectivity was very poor. Had to call the help center to get it going at first and then it was slow and unresponsive and finally quit working again on our last night there. Front desk was no help at all.

My stay was okay. The time I went, prices were inflated like crazy around the city so we chose the Fremont. As others have said, unless you are up for the party - music is loud and on late (1am weekdays and about 2:30am weekends). The hotel did have earplugs which helped and the bed was comfortable so I did manage some decent sleep. I understand the hotel want you to spend money; but no available kettle (even when I asked at reception) so had to go to Dunkin’ (downstairs of building) every morning which got costly. Cleanliness of room was okay but noticed water scum around shower head/ bathroom and soap stains on floor. There was also a comb down the side of the storage for fridge from a previous guest, so could be better. Staff were all friendly and helpful. While I personally wouldn’t stay again, as I prefer somewhere quieter, it did the job for my 4 night stay.
