We were traveling with another couple and the room was robbed. We spent half day filling out reportsbto and uncaring staff and security then police dept. Seems like this happens there all the time

The front desk staff were amazing! Unfortunately, our room had ONE towel. I had to wait over 3 hours for more after calling the housekeeping robot TWICE. This ruined our Saturday as I couldn't shower to go anywhere!

Poor security in the play area.. there are always strange looking people walking around, looking for “cash out “… cigarettes left or drinks.. means impossible to make steps from your slot machine to take extra cash money.. ,no one knows where to get ashtray…. Security not good, but staff people are very good!!!

It was our first time in Las Vegas and found a hotel we thought was nice. The pictures are nothing like when you are there. Ubers aren’t allowed to pick up or drop off in front of the hotel entrance. The bar outside closes too early. I reserved a non smoking room and then got switched to a smoking room. Got played.

The hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It wasn’t clean. There isn’t any room service unless you request it ahead of time. The sink and shower have an awful smell of sewer. The toilet paper is like sand the cheapest I’ve ever had. Beds was dirty and sheets smelled.

The AI operator that you use to request room cleaning and bottled water is worthless, especially for the hearing impaired, but you can only request a room cleaning during certain hours a day in advance and it doesn't work anyway so I couldn't get my room cleaned. Checkout is at 11 am, and by 10 am housekeeping was already harassing me in my room and reminding me that checkout was soon--walked right in while I was in the shower to tell me. Obnoxious behavior for any hotel staff.
