I always stay here for solo trips in London as their single rooms are one of the best value in the city. You can't beat the location and the convenience of a large hotel (dedicated, separate luggage service, 24h reception, express check out) but obviously, do not stay there if you want a boutique hotel. My only grief is with their elevators. Too few, too slow.

One of the best hotels that i have stayed at. Very clean and the staff are absolutely superb. We will definitely be back.

This hotel way surpassed my expectations for the price paid. It was clean and well maintained and a great location in London. Really comfortable stay. It was a 1 night, late booking in December in London for single occupancy and was cheap compared to lots of other hotels in the area. It was a small room for 1 with a single bed but absolutely perfect. I'd definitely return. 3 of my colleagues also booked the same and were all equally impressed by this hotel. A great find.

Being this close to Tower Bridge, this hotel was fantastic. A bit of walk to the metro station, but other than that, we had a great experience!
